was it that they didn't load or what... what version CS are you using? and are you on a pc or mac? (not really sure if that will help me figure out why it didn't work for you, but it doesn't hurt to ask)

I've looked for a solution to this for about an hour now and can't find anything other than serioulsy basic solutions as to why (akin to 'did you plug it in first? did you push the power button?'), which I'm sure you've either done already or doesn't apply since I would assume you know how to load a brush to begin with, lol. sorry I couldn't figure it out for ya.
